MIUI 10 Features, Eligible Devices, Release Date

Xiaomi is already working on their major upgrade of Miui 10 which is their custom skin for Xiaomi devices. Xiaomi is the only oem to provide their last  Miui 9 update to their 4+ year old devices which is quite impressive. But in Miui 10 upgrade they have dropped some of their early stage device as their hardware upto their extent ( Custom Rom user’s can chill).

Miui 10 features

Xiaomi Co-Founder and Vice President Hong Fend told that their main aim is to make Miui 10 smarter than all os currently available. Miui 9 took the spotlight for its lighting fast speed & Miui 10 will take place for being the smartest OS.

  • MIUI 10 will get a smart assistant similar like Siri, Cortana.
  • They are removing less used features based on its users feed-back.
  • Revamped Notification Pannel with Notification dots and Settings Menu.
  • Miui 10 will come with new emoji pack & stickers supporting AI.
  •  Battery Optimised os.
  • They are taking cues from Google’s Android P update and implementing them.

Xiaomi adds new feature with each upgrade although the harsh truth is that the look of their custom skin doesn’t change much. It’s practically similar with each MIUI Version which is a downfall. You can expect a lot of changes in features and performance but not in the look. We are still looking to their first beta release of MIUI 10.
